The investigation established that the two residents of the province in 1975 and born in 1977 organized in Ussuriysk business to provide sexual services. Subsequently, directing a criminal group, they are involved in it more than a dozen people, the relationship between them was based on family and friendly relations. In the group there was a clear hierarchy: the leaders demanded compliance with their rules, strict discipline and unquestioning obedience.
Under the guidance and supervision of the criminal group, the town had three illegal company activities — «Prestige», «VIP» and «Natalie». In the structure of firms, each performing its role is strictly by directors decide personnel issues, dispatchers took orders, drivers brought the girls to the customers with the guards, the guards showed the client «live goods» — offered a choice, provide the conditions were charging and returned the girl. In addition, guard duties included conflict prevention, preparation of written reports, the maintenance of order and discipline, the transfer of money and the report of the Director of violations committed by the girls.
Money raised from the work of the prostitutes were allocated on the basis of the status of each participant.
Staff members of the criminal group replenished primarily through advertisements in newspapers offering «a prestigious, high-paying jobs.» Suppliers «live goods» recruited women in parts of the region, promising them housing and higher wages. Some just bought for 2-7 thousand rubles. Escaped and found punished by force and threats of forced prostitution continue.

As part of a criminal investigation victims were found 8 girls, among which there are minors. The case file instead of barely 85 volumes. Only indictment took 27 volumes. 11 members of an organized group have been charged with committing a series of violent crimes under articles of the Criminal Code: the organization of prostitution, committed with violence or threat of violence, as well as with the use of prostitution known to be minors, engaging in prostitution, human trafficking, in respect of a minor, involving a minor in the commission of antisocial acts.
Collected by the investigators of the MOI of Russia DFO evidence was deemed by the court sufficient to convict the leaders and participants of the organized group.
Ussuri court verdict the defendants were found guilty. Four members of the group was sentenced to imprisonment for a term exceeding five years. The remaining defendants the court found it possible to assign a suspended sentence.
Defendants with the decision of the court disagreed and exercised their right to appeal to a higher court.
