Criminal proceedings to seize the largest in the history of law enforcement Primorye Party of synthetic drugs to court.
In April, the investigative service of the regional Russian Federal Drug Control Service completed investigation of the criminal case against a resident of Vladivostok citizen B., on the facts of the shipment, preparation for the sales and marketing of the attempt on the eight items of synthetic drugs and psychotropic substances, the two items weighing 19.4 kg. These substances have been seized by drug control at the end of 2011 and became one of the biggest parties, identified by law enforcement authorities in Primorye.
It is noteworthy that at the time of the citizen B. detention already prepared to send bulk drugs in other regions. Parcels were seized during a search of the place of residence and in the car. In early April, the case was transferred to the Soviet court of Vladivostok.
The problem of expansion of synthetic drugs in the Primorsky Territory is particularly acute in the last two years. During this period, in Primorye seized more than 30 kg of synthetic drugs and their analogs, including those previously not withdrawn. Only in 2013 seized five types of such drugs. In general, in less than four months, the Office of the Federal Drug Control Service of Russia Primorsky Krai has conducted more than 40 seizures of synthetic drugs.
