According to state-owned companies, in general, the first phase of the project has cost 380.6 billion rubles, the second — to 275.5 billion rubles. The expansion is the first branch took another 49.7 billion, to challenge up to the border with China — $ 12 billion. Thus, in general, the costs amounted to more than 700 billion rubles, ie ESPO has become one of the most expensive infrastructure project in the history of Russia.
