The Federal Migration Service (FMS) has approved a new administrative regulation on the provision of public services on registration of citizens of the Russian Federation at the place of residence and place of residence. The new regulations define the list of documents that must be submitted at registration — proof of identity (usually a passport), application form and a document that is the basis for introduction into the living room, or for temporary residence.
If a citizen wants to temporarily join his statement should be signed not only to themselves, but also the owner (or lessee) of housing, said in a statement. The signatures of the applicant and the owner shall be certified by an official in charge of registration. The document, which is the basis for temporary residence may be a contract of employment, social tenancy, certificate of state registration of the right to housing or human application, which provides citizens living quarters for temporary residence. To register, is sufficient to provide one of these documents.
If we are talking about a permanent residence registration, you will need other documents. In this case, you must provide one of the following documents — an application entity that provided housing, contract, certificate of state registration of ownership of the dwelling, the court decision recognizing the right of use of premises or any other document or a certified copy confirming the existence of the right to use the living location.
The Regulation also provides the option to process registration for those citizens who are not able to provide all the documents, and can only indicate in the request information on contracts or certificates. In this case, the registration authority itself will find all the documents, but the process will take eight working days.
It is stressed in the document that the officials responsible for the registration, citizens have no right to refuse to accept applications for registration and to remove them from the register at the place of residence and place of residence. There are no grounds for refusal of state registration services at the place of residence or stay there.
