Superman "registered" at the Museum of Vladivostok

Few people today are not aware of the work of such comic giants like Marvel and DC. After all, their characters are increasingly moving from paper to cinema screens. Avengers and the Justice League, X-men all together and separately, Superman and Batman - almost all of us have seen them in the movies, but few know how it all began. A tour in the history of the American comic book and show the evolution of the graphic style - such ambitious goals set by the organizers of the exhibition.

The basis of the exhibition lay collection covers a variety of comics - from the 60s to the present. Only true collectors can determine that it is not the original, and quality copies. The reasons for this change told the owner collection Daria Katanaev:

- Indeed, the exhibition contains only replicas of covers, which are stored in my private collection. The fact that the originals are not cheap. One copy of the first "X-men" is estimated at 3000 euros. Exhibit these artifacts without special equipment and insurance is not worth it: paper generally moody stuff, and old paper - naughty double. Although, the quality of the originals can compete with modern releases, and I think they can not lose. Objectives of the exhibition are achievable without the originals, so I decided not to risk it.
