For the first quarter of Vladivostok airport passenger traffic increased by 16%
Vladivostok International Airport summed up its operating results for March and the first quarter of 2013.
The total passenger traffic since the beginning of the year increased by 16%. The number of passengers who used the services of the airport in January-March reached 391 thousand people.
For the three months passengers on domestic routes increased by 15% to $ 262 thousand air travelers. International airlines served 129 thousand people, which is 17% more than in 2012.
Number of passengers in March 2013 increased by 20% to 141 million with this passenger on domestic routes increased by 18% to 95 thousand people. On international flights number of passengers to 46 thousand people, which is 24% higher than the same period of 2012.
At the airport of Vladivostok in January - March 1648 made sorties, which is 17% more than the same period of 2012. In March 2013 was carried out 572 sorties, the growth of this indicator was 20%.
The largest increase of passenger traffic in the first three months provided the airline "Transaero", "Aeroflot», Asiana Airlines, S7 Airlines, Korean Airlines. The most popular foreign destinations for the first quarter was the dispatching of Seoul, Hong Kong, Beijing, Bangkok, Tokyo, and federal - Moscow, Khabarovsk, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky and Novosibirsk.
