"Kinokurs" consists of three blocks:

1) Film School
2) The shooting of the Russian-British film

20 participants of the project will focus on the work of film school and under the guidance of masters "Kinokursa" will receive theoretical and practical basis of the basics of writing a script to the subtleties of installation and the subsequent distribution of the film. After training, private traders are split into two crews and withdraw their diplomas with a professional operator. The authors of the best short film will receive support to work on the first independent project, and members of the second group will be able to form a sentence, and to participate in pitching their project at one of the festivals.

5 more participants in the project, the application of which will be recognized as the best of the competition committee, will take part in the filming of the first Russian-British film as interns. Filming will take place in parallel with the film school. At the end of filming, they will receive support from the masters "Kinokursa" and a grant to shoot a short film.
