Court arrested the former director general of the liquidated Far Eastern Directorate Ministry of Regional Development, is suspected of embezzling funds in preparation for the APEC Summit 2012. Earlier Oleg Bukalov was in Moscow under house arrest.
A criminal case on the fact of embezzlement of budget funds in preparation for the APEC became known in November 2012.
