In Primorye regional center of popular culture the personal exhibition of Viktor Kalmykov. Exposition «My grandson» is devoted grandson of the painter — Maxim Prikhodko.
Work of self-taught artist Pokrovka not fit into any particular genre. Among the paintings there\’s a native Russian to landscapes and sketches in the tradition of domestic still life. The exhibition also see copies of great works of Leonardo Da Vinci: the notorious «Mona Lisa (La Gioconda)» and the lesser known «Madonna Litta». In the original, a bit naive manner Viktor Kalmykov worked in iconography, as well as some depict biblical scenes.
Original artist is not exposed for the first time — is said by the artists, this is the third «personalka.» Given that work with canvas and brush Kalmykov began in 1991 — not so much, especially in the capital of Primorye Viktor has not exhibited. Prior to this solo exhibitions were held at the Protection Kalmykov museum, as well as the historical museum Ussuriisk.
