The Chairman of the Parliament of the seaside Victor Gorchakov has initiated changes in the law governing innovation in the province. The new bill spelled out the basic objectives, principles and forms of government support for innovation.
April 3 meeting of the committee of the Legislative Assembly of the Economic Policy and Property MPs discussed the amendments to the law "On innovation in the Primorye Territory."
The bill gives the boundary law in line with federal: Corrects the concept of "innovation", "innovative project", "innovation infrastructure". In addition, the new version with a new name describes the 4th chapter, which defines the main objectives, principles, forms of state support for innovation, and the sources of its funding.
Amendments to the law were introduced by the Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of Primorsky Parliament Viktor Gorchakov.
"Promoting Innovation in Russia is not easy, - Viktor Gorchakov. - Innovative activity involves some risk in the business. Promotion of a novation of the invention is determined by market demand. Changes in the law "On innovation activity in the Primorsky Territory" will be considered in the first reading on April 24 at the next session of the Legislative Assembly.
