Evidence collected military investigation department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation on the Annunciation garrison, the court has recognized sufficient to convict automobile company commander of the military unit 72157 Major Albert Govorukha. He was found guilty of an offense under Part 1 of Art. 286 of the Criminal Code (abuse of power).
Investigation and the court found that in June 2012 Govorukha became aware of the conflict between the conscripts, in which ordinary Dmitry Poskachin colleague broke his jaw. On his return to military collective doctors found he had improper healing of a broken jaw, and therefore was sent to «301 Military Hospital,» the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, where he was treated from mid-November to the end of December 2012. As a result, the soldier was discharged from military service for 2 weeks later than the statutory deadline.

Earlier, the same court found Poskachina guilty of an offense under Part 1 of Art. 112 of the Criminal Code (intentional infliction of moderate bodily harm), and was sentenced to 1.5 years of imprisonment with a probation period of 2 years.
