Global Finance magazine named the best bank Sberbank in Russia. A detailed list of the top banks in developed and emerging markets to appear in the May issue of the magazine.
Global Finance editors made their list of the best in consultation with corporate CFOs, bankers and analysts around the world. The winners were determined by criteria such as growth in assets, profitability, strategic relationships, customer service, competitive pricing and innovative products. Subjective criteria were also considered and included analysts\’ opinions on the stock market, credit rating analysts, banking consultants and other industry professionals.
«Banks will receive the award this year, have one thing in common, namely the focus on the needs of its customers,» — emphasizes the Global Finance publisher Joseph Dzhiarraputo.
