Presidium of the Political Council of the coastal branch of the «United Russia» has offered the ex-speaker of the regional parliament party member Eugene Ovechkin refuse Mandate in lieu of participation in the work of the legislature.

According to a source «b» in the party, the question of waiver of ex-speaker of Ovechkin mandate was set at a meeting of the political council of the seaside «United Russia». Most members of the Bureau concluded that the absence of the regular Ovechkin weakens the position of the faction.
