"To carry out from April 1 to July 152013 the conscription of citizens of the Russian Federation at the age of 18 to 27 years, not in the reserve and to be () to military service in the amount of 153.2 thousand people" - Said in a decree published on the Kremlin website.
The decree comes into force from the day of its official publication. Previously, the Defense Ministry said that after the spring conscription in the army becomes more employees of the republics of the North Caucasus. And in the glove management reported that the spring recruits will serve in the new army uniform - it will go in 2014. Military personnel do not have to sew collars, and leather belt will be replaced by synthetic.
Also, according to the decree, should be dismissed from the military service of soldiers, sailors, sergeants and petty officers, the period of military service had ended.
Last year the number of conscripts in the autumn conscription was 14014 thousand people, and in the spring campaign conscripts in Russia was 15557 thousand.
