Investigative agencies of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the Primorsky Territory criminal case against 33-year-old man. He is charged with an offense under subsection «b» of Part 2 of Art. 132 of the Criminal Code (sexual assault), «b» of part 2 of article. 131 of the Criminal Code (rape).
According to the investigation, in the morning March 222013 in a hotel room «Vladivostok» defendant deliberately to commit rape and sexual assault against a 24-year-old girl, delivered several punches to her head than did her injuries after which threatened infliction of serious bodily injury to her, thus suppressed its will to resist. Then in a few hours attacker raped the victim and committed sexual assault.
At the request of the investigator court sentenced the suspect measure in the form of imprisonment for a period of 2 months with the content in PKU prison № 1 Penitentiary Service of Russia for the Primorye Territory.
Currently, in a criminal case the complex of measures aimed at establishing the circumstances. Sanction incriminated article is punishable by imprisonment for a term of 4 to 6 years.
