In Primorye, the criminal case against a man suspected of a crime against the sexual integrity of children.
Investigative agencies of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the Primorsky Territory initiated a criminal case against a 56-year resident of the village Zarubino. He is suspected of having committed an offense under section «in» Part 4 of Art. 132 of the Criminal Code (sexual assault against a person under 12 years of age).
According to investigators, on the evening March 242013 the suspect used the gullibility 11 years neighbor girl, invited her to his apartment, where did this to her sexual assault.
Currently, in a criminal case the complex of measures aimed at establishing all the circumstances, as well as the identification of other similar crimes.
The suspect arrested in the order of Art. 91 of the Code, shall elect in respect of his remand in custody.
