Vladivostok is continuing its work festival «Education — 2013». Today his part in the school № 13 passes Forum young professionals. It was attended by teaching staff, having experience of 3 years. Organizers hope that the Forum will be filled with new experiences to teachers, useful information, many inspired to their own development.
Recall festival of educational innovation is held for five years in a row. It divided the city teachers for their achievements in the application of innovative technologies. Through exhibitions and workshops teachers, educators, administrators and teachers of children\’s art groups share experiences with interactive whiteboards and multi-media in the classroom.
Yesterday, the first day of the festival, at the opening of the awarding of the winners and participants of educational institutions, implementing innovative programs (schools, kindergartens and institutions of further education). Winners received from Mayor Igor Pushkarev cash grants to improve the material and technical base.
Today, in addition to the Forum of young professionals in the festival program also provides management education forum. And on March 28 the closing day of the festival, will host a scientific and methodical teacher conference «Updating the content of education and educational technology» as well as rewarding participants with prizes and diplomas.
The head of Vladivostok Igor Pushkarev said that teachers must improve their skills, introduce advanced technology and innovation in the educational process. After all, today\’s students have differently than their parents, receive information, and we should consider it. The mayor added that the city\’s budget annually allocates funds for the purchase of interactive whiteboards in schools, and to acquire as much as physics, chemistry and biology with special equipment for tests and experiments.
