Vladivostok residents unlearn fines to litter the streets

In Vladivostok, the administrative committee continues to work all five boroughs of the city.

Recall that every member of the Commission jointly with the police come to the verification of compliance with the citizens and enterprises of all ownership administrative law.

Over the past period in 2013 was considered by the administrative commissions of about 2500 protocols. Among the most common offenses is still dumping in the wrong place citizens as well as the failure to harvest neighborhood businesses and organizations (Article 721 of Primorsky Territory law № 44-CP of 05032007 "On Administrative Offences in Primorsky Krai" ). Just this year in Vladivostok was considered more than 800 reports on this article.

Note that according to Art. 721 a violation of the rules and regulations in the field of improvement entails the imposition of a fine on citizens in the amount of 1 to 3 thousand, on officials from 5 to 10 thousand rubles for legal entities from 50 to 80 thousand.

Administrative Commission recalls that the penalty for failure to pay in due time, the defendant will have to deal with the bailiffs.
