A meeting of the Supervisory Board of Sberbank of Russia. Supervisory Board at the consideration of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on the basis of 2012 defined:
• the date of the Meeting — May 312013
• the date of the list of persons entitled to participate in the meeting — April 112013 (at the end of the day).
Council recommended that the General Meeting approve the allocation of profits and dividends for 2012 on ordinary shares of OJSC «Sberbank of Russia» in the amount of 257 rubles. per share on preferred shares of OJSC «Sberbank of Russia» — 320 rubles. per share.
On the basis of proposals received from the shareholders approved the list of candidates for election to the Supervisory Board:

The Supervisory Board reviewed the annual report of the balance of the Savings Bank for the year 2012 in accordance with Russian legislation and the proposals of the Human Resources and Compensation Committee to pay remuneration to the members of the Supervisory Board and the Audit Committee, and recommended them for approval by the shareholders.
