Russian Ministry of Education proposes to limit the age of the heads of scientific institutions 60 years. This is stated in the draft prepared by the federal law, according to «Rossiyskaya Gazeta».
We are talking about the heads of state and local government research institutions and their deputies, as well as heads and deputy departments of scientific organizations. In their place have come, «young», not older than 60 years, regardless of the duration of their employment contracts.
Those who have crossed the critical age, translated with their written consent for any other positions that match their skills. At the request of the founder of the personnel may extend their stay in office until the age of 65.
