"I do not know what the procedure is valid in this respect, and would not in the subjunctive mood to discuss it. If we receive such treatment, let's wait first to whom it goes, how it goes, and then, probably, in the Moscow decision will be taken, "- said Peskov.
Commenting on Berezovsky's political statements that he made in England, Putin's press secretary said the disgraced oligarch spared no expense in anti-Russian activities.
"It is known that he did not spare the money to support the process, both within Russia and abroad, which (processes) can be said to be directed against Russia and Putin," - he said.
The representative of the Russian president acknowledged that the tycoon was clearly an opponent of Putin, not only political, but also in "other dimensions."
"The attitude to such criticism, quite fierce, uncompromising and does not focus on the result, and aimed at figurative declaration of war, no relationship is non-constructive criticism. This criticism is powerless enemy "- Peskov said.
President's spokesman admitted that 90 years Berezovsky was a significant figure in politics and played a major role in it.

Putin's reaction to the death of Mr Berezovsky is not yet known, said presidential spokesman. In this case, Peskov said that "what may have been a man, the message of the death of man - always sad news."
The body of 67-year-old security guard Berezovsky was found on Saturday at his home. According to the preliminary version, he or committed suicide, or has a heart attack. Recently, Berezovsky, as repeatedly stated in the local press and other experienced financial difficulties.
