In Kavalerovskii\’s criminal case against a local resident suspected of knowingly false denunciation
Investigative agencies of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the Primorsky Territory criminal case against 34-year-old woman. She is suspected of committing a crime under Part 2 of Art. 306 of the Criminal Code (misleading information).
According to investigators, 18 March 2013 suspected of personal ill-will against her husband wrote out a statement to law enforcement that the husband had allegedly committed against their common daughter born in 2005 forced intercourse.
Currently, in a criminal case the complex of measures aimed at establishing the circumstances of the incident.
For the commission of the crime, the suspect could face up to three years in prison.
