Interior Ministry investigators have opened a criminal case of fraud on a large scale in respect of LLC "GC" Control "Roman Barbashova and his accomplice Alexei Kudryavtsev for stealing 40 million rubles allocated for preparations for the summit of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) forum.
According to investigators, Barbashov and Kudryavtsev stolen and cashed money intended for engineering, scientific and technical support for the construction of the summit.
