The members of the advisory council, after hearing all the opinions, have decided to establish a working group for a thorough study of the issue. It decided to include representatives of the local authorities, energy companies, resursosnabzhayuschih organizations. They prepare a report on the feasibility of participation in a pilot project of Primorye.
