Volunteers prepare for Primorye Kazan Universiade

April 5 will start training volunteers "Kazan 2013" Primorye for the XXVII World Summer Universiade 2013 in Kazan. This day will be held the first training for the volunteers who have successfully passed all the stages of selection - by filling out the questionnaire before the interview.

As reported by the Department of Youth of Primorye, the first module - the orientation and general - volunteers will be held in April. Orientation training (3.5 hours) and general training (three training three hours a day to day) will introduce the history of the Universiade volunteers and university sports, and help develop the core competencies and to fulfill the volunteer's activity, communication, organization, teamwork and stress. Training will take place in groups of 30-35 people.

Training is a case-round facility, which will be the guys in June 2013. Each team will conduct training of 8-10 coaches for groups of volunteers to 100. Training cycle will go to the end of June 2013 - will be the final point of functional education and training on the subject of delegation of the regions of Russia and countries of the world, who will complete the course of study.
