According to the results of the annual competition in the «Best team of the customs authority in a different vehicle checkpoint (maritime, rail, air)» customs post Vladivostok Airport ranked second among 22 customs posts of Russia.
The diploma was awarded to the winner of the head of the customs office in Moscow Vladimir Krivtsov on board of the Federal Customs Service.
At a solemn meeting of the collective customs post, which took place in the international terminal of the airport, the customs chief Viktor Holichev, deputy customs Vadim Gavrilyuk, and Deputy Director General for Security and Safety of JSC «Vladivostok International Airport» Alexander Shirshov congratulated colleagues.
Today customs, established in 1987 is experiencing a rebirth. In August 2012 customs office began work in the building of a new international airport Vladivostok «Vladivostok», where for the first time in the region began to be two-way system of «red» and «green» corridors.
As noted by Vladimir Krivtsov, turnover in the region of the customs post in 2012 was more than 958 tons in volume and more than $ 108 million — in cost, which is almost 50% more than in 2011.
Over the past year held customs 3925 air transport of international transport, which is 27% more than in 2011. The total number of individuals furnished by more than 398000 people (32%).
Total for 2012 Lent 4893 formalized goods declarations (2011 — 4356), the amount of goods amounted to 602404 tonnes (1.7 times more). Payments volume was 228 million rubles.
The most significant results related to the work week of the APEC summit-2012 when 991 people were executed in official delegations, 3354 Summit participants and 388 media representative.
