It was attended by the Vice-Governor of the Primorsky Territory Alexei Sukhov , Heads of departments of the Primorsky Territory, small and medium enterprises of Primorye, public employers\’ organizations.
The World Bank is a program manager for renewable energy in Russia Patrick Willems and coordinator of the regional programs of the World Bank in Russia Michael Bunchuk . They made a presentation areas that World Bank has in Russia, as well as examples of projects already implemented.
The World Bank is assisting the Russian regions in improving the investment climate, improving the quality of competition policy. International Finance Corporation specializes in the development of the private sector, provides a range of investment services, consulting and asset management of private companies. One of the priorities is the development of public infrastructure through the provision of long-term financing of municipal and private companies engaged in this sector.
Alexei Sukhov noted that the proposal of the World form of interest to the Primorsky Krai and municipalities. » I am familiar with the project to reduce administrative barriers, implemented by the World Bank in the Rostov region. I think it possible to implement a similar project in our region , «- He said.
Alexei Sukhov recommended that representatives of the World Bank to work more with municipalities, are particularly interested in projects offered by the World Bank. He also noted the possibility of the World Bank in the Primorye Territory.
