From February to April of this year will be the regional stage of the All-Russia festival-competition of children's art "Crystal star 2013", organized by the Office of the Federal Bailiff Service Primorye Territory.
The contest is open to children of civil servants and FSSP Russia, the children of law enforcement and other governmental bodies of the Russian Federation.
All-Russia festival-competition "Crystal stars - 2013" held in three categories: mastery (Playing) choreography (folk, classical, ballroom, modern dance), vocals (folk, classical, pop singing.) Contest participants into the following age groups: 7 to 12 years from 13 to 18 years (inclusive). The main criteria of performance of the participants in the categories are: technique, emotion and artistry, originality of performance and stage image, the quality of music.
The main purpose of the contest "Crystal Stars" - the identification and support of gifted children, to assist in the realization of their creative abilities, raising the general cultural level of children and adolescents.
