Thus, 34% of respondents indicated that the current work — it\’s not exactly what they need, and 25% believe it was a mistake with the choice of place of work.
Workers explain the feeling that their work activity is not exciting, it is not interesting and no pleasure (46%). Approximately one-third attributed their dissatisfaction with the wrong choice of the company (36%) and complain about the mistake they made when choosing a professional field (28%). About a quarter have constant discomfort at work, just as many believe that they are definitely made for something greater (26%). Despite all this, the workers have been slow to change their place of work in the first place because they are afraid to exchange the «flea» or lose the money.
In Primorye, more satisfied with their choice of employment and scope of HR managers and members of senior management, but the employees of the consumer goods sector, on the contrary, in most cases, do not feel «in its place.»
It is noteworthy that half of the few who indicated that he was satisfied with his work, willing to give up «their place» in favor of more profitable from a material point of view of the position.
The survey was conducted by the Service Research HeadHunter 5-12 March of 314 employees of the companies of Primorsky Krai.
