and, Ussuri city prosecutor\’s office audited the implementation of legislation on Social Services of citizens in the State Organization regional social service «Pokrovsky home for the elderly and disabled.»
During surveillance activities revealed that the guests boarding in the past two years to be deposited head personal funds that it manages, in its sole discretion.
Total specified official social service institutions and squandered awarded 1 million 875 thousand rubles belonging in residential senior citizens and people with disabilities.
In these circumstances, the materials were sent to check Ussuri municipal prosecutor in the order of art. 37 Code of Criminal Procedure, the investigating authorities to decide on the prosecution.
As a result of the consideration in respect of head KGBU CO «Pokrovsky home for the elderly and disabled,» the police prosecuted for the crime under Part 4 of Art. 160 of the Criminal Code (embezzlement committed by a person using his official position, on a large scale).
Currently, the criminal proceedings conducted a preliminary investigation, the course and the results of which are controlled by the city prosecutor\’s office in the Ussuri.
