FESCO fleet joins 20-year-old ship

Fleet of OJSC "Far Eastern Shipping Company," added multi-purpose vessel, dubbed the "FESCO Pevek."

Multipurpose vessel "FESCO Pevek" has ice class and can carry any type of cargo, including 546 in twenty-foot equivalent units (TEUs) and 70 twenty-foot refrigerated containers. Equipped with two elektrogidravlichekimi cranes 50 tons each, the ship is able to carry unloaded on unequipped coast.

"FESCO Pevek" was built in the Japanese Shimizu in 1992. Home port will be Vladivostok, on the flagpole, it will carry the Russian flag.

Its maiden voyage with a cargo ship "FESCO Pevek" made from Novorossiysk port for a destination in China, under the command of Captain Vladimir Grebneva. Then the ship waiting for scheduled maintenance in China. After that, "FESCO Pevek" will work on their own coastal services FESCO.
