Implementation in the Maritime State program «Providing affordable and comfortable housing and communal services of citizens of the Russian Federation» in 2017 will significantly increase the volume of construction.
As reported by the Town Planning Department of Primorsky Krai, the main building plot of land will be the Ministry of Defence, the transfer agreement which at the end of last year had been reached between the Minister Sergei Shoigu and the Governor of the Primorsky Territory Vladimir Miklushevsky.
Thus, in 2013 planned to build 540000 square meters of housing. Further, these numbers would be in 2014 — 670 square meters, in 2015 — 820 square meters, in 2016 — 977 square meters. In 2017 in the Maritime region will build more than 1 million square meters of housing.
To date, the region is working on the creation of a special structure, which will generate construction policy of economy class housing and identify sites for the complex building.
