The beginning of spring
American Councils for
International Education marked 20 years of «labor» experience in the Far East.
So much has already turned international education and American exchange programs, which are implemented on the eastern border of Russia. In honor of this round date in the residence of the Consul for Culture and Education Day\’s Kim, a reception, attended by about 50 representatives of administrative bodies, alumni of exchange programs, scientists and partners Consulate.

Dennis Boyle, head of the regional office of the American Councils for International Education,
