French frigate goes to Vladivostok to celebrate Victory Day
Frigate "Vendemiaire" Naval Forces of France arrives with an informal visit to Vladivostok.
The main purpose of the visit is part of French sailors in the celebration of Victory Day, as well as further strengthening of friendship and naval cooperation between the fleets of Russia and France.
In Vladivostok, a frigate, whose name translates as "Grape Harvest" will stay five days. During this time, guests will meet with the commander of the Eastern Military District and the Pacific Fleet, will cause the visit of the head of administration, will lay a wreath at the eternal flame memorial "Battle Glory of the Pacific Fleet."
During the festival, the crew will take part in the Victory Parade in Vladivostok. French sailors also been a guest of Russian military colleagues and arrange visits to his ship residents and guests of Vladivostok, will show itself in sports. In addition, the delegation will visit the French Navy Naval Cemetery to lay a wreath at the graves of his compatriots.
