Today, August 152013 in the Primorsky regional court declared the verdict of the jury in the case of "custom-made" murder of a resident of the city of Vladivostok in January 2012. As the press service of the Prosecutor's Office of Primorye, as defendants in the present case involved three residents of the city of Ussuriysk Primorsky Krai. One of the defendants had previous convictions, committed the murder victim shot in the head with a revolver, while acting for a cash reward. The perpetrator was drawn to another partner in crime, also had previous convictions. Both members of the murder acted in the interests of the customer, who handed them in advance before the agreed amount - about 500 thousand rubles. What has happened is that in legal parlance is called "excessive act" - a customer asked to beat and injure the victim, and artists have gone beyond the "order" and killed him. The jury found the prosecution presented evidence against the defendants compelling and decided the verdict, according to which the defendants were found guilty of their alleged crimes. Legal assessment of the actions of the defendants will be given the Primorsky Krai Court of the discussion on the consequences of the verdict. But most likely, the timing will be large - from 20 years to life imprisonment.
