But since this was not done, then the president of the Russian Federation Decree number 600 shall accede to the problem of municipalities and public organizations. - Our mission - to provide the tenants in the first place, helping to establish the Council, - said Yuri Petrovich. - Then - to provide advice in the field of housing and building relationships with management companies. At present, our lawyer takes all the visitors, and is absolutely free. In the short time we had been treated more than a hundred houses. Since we want our organization to be massive, popular, that we engage as active citizens of the Council. Yuri Apalkov named the main problems with management companies. According to him, it is ill-timed report on the work done, or even its absence, even though they are obliged to do at least once a year. It is also the lack of transparency of the operations and their cost. Often there are tensions on the ground that, in the opinion of the residents, the cost of the work carried out by the management company, not an application. This man understands the nuances and demands from the management company strict compliance with all the rules when performing a particular job. The main objective of social organization - to rally around him all the chairmen of the Councils of houses so that they communicate with each other and the CC correctly from the point of view of the law. - In Vladivostok, more than 3000 multi-family homes, - says Yuri Apalkov. - Of these, in 1900 there are tips. Our goal is to help in the creation of the rest of the Soviets. But once we do, we will not stop working: will be even more responsibilities. Chairmen, of course, active people, but they do not always know how to work with management companies. Of course, we will share experiences, to consult on this topic, discuss these or other issues that arise in the normal course of business, to organize forums. - We should be treated as employers: we are, in the end, and they are, - said the head of "Brownie control." - If the tenants pay for utilities, then these services must be of high quality. But, unfortunately, the level of housing services provided by the operating companies, are not as high as we would like. In the course of our work we are often faced with a situation where a house had to change a few management companies. And each of them, except the vast debts of the house leaves nothing. Yuri Petrovich said that a lot of people do not see a way out of the current difficult situation in the housing sector, but because "Brownie control" seeks to help people sort out these problems and solve them.
