The application must also specify at least one contact person from a group or organization and how to contact you (phone, email). The application must be accompanied by a detailed description of the project and the necessary estimates and drawings (sketches, drawings, etc.). Determine the winner of the contest takes place in two stages: - selection of applications (projects) of the expert commission - by voting to determine the winner from among the projects selected by the expert committee. In the first phase of project evaluation expert committee selects five applications (projects) with the highest number of points.
