On the initiative of the district Prosecutor's office in the area chuguyivsky district of the Chinese company subjected million penalty for violation of immigration laws. As has told to the correspondent of RIA «VladNews» senior assistant Prosecutor of Primorsky Krai Elena Telegina, the Prosecutor's office of Chuguevsky region in the course of Supervisory measures for the observance of the migration legislation revealed violations in LLC «forest-trade», operating on the territory of the district. Prosecutors have established that LLC «forest-trade» concluded employment agreements with six citizens of the PRC, but, in violation of the requirements of the Federal law «On legal status of foreign citizens in the Russian Federation, local tax inspection was not notified within 10 days of attracting compatriots to work. On the facts of the revealed infringements and district Prosecutor initiated on 6 administrative cases concerning a legal entity, LLC «forest - trade» by H. 3 tbsp. 1815 of the administrative code of the Russian Federation (failure to notify the tax body about bringing to labour activity in the Russian Federation of a foreign citizen). Based on this consideration, LLC «forest - trade» brought to administrative responsibility in the form of a fine amounting to 2 million 400 thousand roubles. Resolutions of the Department of Federal migration service came into force and sent to the bailiff for execution.
