The volume of the cut and the wood damaged by preliminary estimates, amounted to about 1.6 thousand cubic meters, and material damage to the state 60 million 136 thousand rubles. Solid documentary inspection carried out by bodies of the Prosecutor's office in Terneisky Raion precinct forestry КГКУ «Primorsk forestry, studied contracts for the sale of forest plantations for timber for own needs of the population for the year 2012 and the past period in 2013. It is established, that in the given period of concluded agreements in the quarter, 69 a total of citizens were harvested and exported legally only about 270 cubic meters of wood of various breeds of trees. Given these circumstances, the Prosecutor of Terneisky Raion forwarded the materials of the audits in accordance p. 2 hours 2 item 37 of the code of the Russian Federation in the investigative authorities to decide whether a criminal case.
