Following the meeting of the Commission on youth and family policy, children's rights under the Plenipotentiary of the Public Chamber decided to apply to the State Duma to adopt changes to the Construction and Housing Code, governing the mandatory introduction to the plans of housing developments children's clinics and kindergartens.
In addition, it was decided to apply to the Ministry of Health with a proposal to increase quotas by providing free high-tech medical care to children living in the Far East, with the possibility of compensation for payment of air travel, with the exception of patients with diseases of the central nervous system, for which this exemption has already been accepted.
The county is recommended to analyze the performance of the regional healthcare modernization programs over the past year and consider the prospects for 2012-2013.
