A resident of the same district S. Litvinenko, born in 1968 was detained employees UFSKN Russia for the Primorye Territory in attempting to sell marijuana weighing more than 3 kg. and hashish oil, weighing 125 grams, the court sentenced to 9 years and 2 months imprisonment and a fine of 15000 rubles. During the trial, Litvinenko admitted that using drugs at age 14 and was engaged in preparing hashish oil repeatedly.

Note that since the beginning of 2013 in Primorsky Krai on the materials of criminal cases investigated by drug enforcement authorities, has been convicted of more than 250 people involved in the illicit trafficking of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and potent, and the cultivation of cannabis.
