The signatures of the applicant and the owner shall be certified by an official in charge of registration. The Regulation also provides the option to process registration for those citizens who are not able to provide all the documents, and can only indicate in the request information on contracts or certificates. In this case, the registration authority itself will find all the documents, but the process will take eight working days.
It is stressed in the document that the officials responsible for the registration, citizens have no right to refuse to accept applications for registration and to remove them from the register at the place of residence and place of residence. There are no grounds for refusal of state registration services at the place of residence or stay there.
